Running is an immensely rewarding lifestyle choice. From using running as a way to build and maintain fitness to working towards personal records in specific races, I can help you maximize the mental and physical rewards running offers.
Coming up with a running plan can be intimidating and hard work. Because I offer one-on-one coaching, we can work together to make training approachable and less intimidating. I can provide the extra motivation and accountability to help you get through those hard times where you might want to give up.
Running should be something you look forward to. As busy adults, it becomes hard to fit everything into our schedules. By building a training plan around times and days that work best for you, making changes as needed based on things that come up day-to-day, it is one less thing you have to worry about or feel you need to cram in.
